Are you one of those people who hope that 2014 will be ‘your’ year?

If so, I’m guessing that means 2013 wasn’t all you’d wished for way back on December 31st, 2012… which only goes to prove that wishing don’t make it so.

That’s not to say that 2014 can never be better for you. It’s just that it will need a little effort on your part.

See, to some extent, last year was your own creation, the result of what you thought, said and/or did: how you treated the people around you, how you responded to the situations you found yourself in and most importantly, the decisions you made… or didn’t make.

Repeat the same strategy this year then 2014 will be a bad re-run of 2013, and who wants that?

The same thing can never be better; only change can deliver that.
But it’s not your luck that needs to change; it’s you. So stop wishing and start changing.

  • Change the way you think, speak and act.
  • Change the way you treat people.
  • Change the way you react and decide.
  • Change what you can and accept what you can’t.

Don’t like the last year you made? Make a better one.
